Prashanth Ramakrishnan began their career as a Java developer and has since gained extensive experience across multiple domains, including fintech, e-commerce, and banking. They have worked at prominent companies such as Fidelity Investments, BNY Mellon, and Zalando SE, where they contributed to significant projects including microservices design and performance improvements. Currently, Prashanth is a Lead Consultant at Thoughtworks, leading the credit card team at IDFC First Bank, where they aim to enhance user experiences and foster leadership within their team.
