Ritesh Raj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product consultancy and technology implementation, currently serving as a Lead Consultant in Product, AI & Data at Thoughtworks since March 2019. Prior to this role, Ritesh held positions at IBM as a Business Consultant, where significant achievements included leading the modernization of a commercial policy administration system to a cloud-based application and implementing AI-driven solutions using IBM Watson. Ritesh also worked at Birla Sun Life Insurance as a Deputy Manager in Enterprise Applications, focusing on product launches and core system enhancements. Initial career experiences include a summer internship at Atos Origins and a software testing role at Syntel Limited, complemented by degrees in MBA (ITBM) from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from D Y Patil College of Engineering.
