Roberta Albuquerque

Roberta Albuquerque has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Lead Learning Development Consultant at ThoughtWorks since June 2015. In this role, Roberta also functions as a People Partner, leading salary review processes and enhancing individuals' competitiveness within their roles. Prior experience includes positions as an Internal HR Consultant at Ogilvy & Mather, where Roberta managed recruitment, selection, and performance evaluation; as an HR Analyst at REXAM, focusing on generalist functions including recruitment and employee integration; and earlier roles at Musashi do Brasil Ltda. and Sistema Jornal do Commercio, concentrating on talent acquisition and employee development. Roberta holds a degree in Psychology from UNICAP, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
