Sushant Pol

Sushant Pol is a Senior Consultant - Quality Analyst at Thoughtworks since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in quality assurance from previous roles at Cybage Software, where Sushant progressed from QA Analyst to Senior Quality Assurance Analyst between May 2019 and April 2022, and held the positions of QA Analyst and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer from December 2016 to October 2018. Prior to Cybage, Sushant worked as a Software Engineer at Zensar Technologies from February 2015 to December 2016 and as a Validation Engineer at Sela Technology Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. from November 2012 to February 2015. Sushant holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Engineering, Pune.
