Tim O'Gorman has a diverse background in both firefighting and marketing, with foundational experience in the United States Air Force from March 1996 to August 2000, where Tim directed firefighting attacks and conducted rescue operations globally. Transitioning to the corporate sector, Tim held significant roles at Accenture from June 2008 to September 2011, including Recruitment Marketing Lead and Digital Marketing and Social Media Lead, managing end-to-end marketing programs and digital strategies. Tim later contributed as the Social Media and Digital Content Lead at Deloitte from April 2017 to May 2021, focusing on recruitment brand initiatives. Currently, Tim serves as the Head of Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing for the Americas at Thoughtworks since June 2021. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has studied Cultural Studies with a focus on international business at the University of Westminster.
