Tomás Winter Salgado is currently the Head of Legal for Thoughtworks Spain and Thoughtworks Netherlands, also supporting Thoughtworks Finland. They have been with Thoughtworks since 2018, overseeing legal operations and strategy across multiple countries. Previously, Tomás held various legal positions, including In House Counsel at Banco de Chile and Compañía General de Electricidad S.A., as well as a Foreign Associate role at Arnold & Porter. Tomás earned a Master of Laws in Business Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and completed another Master's degree at UCLA School of Law.
