Moojan Asghari is the founder and CEO of Thousand Faces, a company aiming to democratize funding for underfunded female founders with SDG impact projects. Moojan is also the Founder and CEO of Thousand Eyes On Me, a platform for women and gender minorities to develop their personal branding and talents. Additionally, Moojan is a co-founder of Women in AI, a global network of female experts in Artificial Intelligence. With a background in industrial engineering and finance, Moojan also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Dream House Venture and is involved in various other ventures related to green technology, AI, and gender diversity.

Thousand Faces is an innovative, sector-agnostic, decentralized platform to enable UN SDG-focused female founders from around the world to raise initial capital. Our mission is to democratize funding for underfunded and excluded founders. Only 1.9% of total VC funding goes to fully female-founded companies, despite the fact that companies with more women on their boards make 2.5 times more returns. Female-founded companies make 10% more profit. Women make up only 30% of environmental and climate-related decisions, yet they tend to build more social and environmental impact businesses. It's obvious that investing in women is not only the right thing but also a more economically beneficial choice. We believe that by funding more women, we can contribute to a more sustainable world with greater prosperity for everyone, and serve both people and the planet.
