Kari Yost

Kari Yost has a significant background in human resources, starting in 2007 as a Human Resources Intern at John Morrell & Co. Kari then worked at ConAgra Foods in various roles, including Senior HR Generalist and HR Generalist. Since 2015, they have been with Thrasher Foundation Repair, initially as an HR Manager and later advancing to Sr. Director of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Thrasher, overseeing employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and risk management.

Kari Yost has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Human Resource Management from Morningside University. Kari also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Western Iowa Tech Community College.
