Axel Gonzalez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, product integrity, and engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance, Product Integrity & Engineering at Thrasio, Axel has successfully scaled operations across the US, China, and India while developing a comprehensive Quality Management System. Previously, at Sensata Technologies, Axel held various leadership roles, including Director of Quality Assurance and Head of Global Warranty Management, where efforts resulted in over $10 million in warranty cost avoidance. With a solid background in process engineering and quality improvement across multiple sectors, including heavy vehicles and aerospace, Axel possesses advanced degrees in Project Management and Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
