Olga Tsentsiper

Olga Tsentsiper has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Olga currently holds the position of Senior Director of Global Quality Assurance and Compliance at THREAD since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as Senior Director and Head of Quality from July 2022 to January 2023. Olga also worked as Director of Product from April to July 2022, and as Associate Director of Product from April 2021 to April 2022. Before joining THREAD, Olga worked as a Senior Business Analyst from June 2019 to April 2021 and as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst from November 2014 to June 2019.

In addition to their roles at THREAD, Olga gained experience in the real estate industry as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Realty ONE Group since February 2017.

Prior to their real estate ventures, Olga served as a Software Quality Assurance Lead at Western Dental from June 2011 to September 2014. Olga also worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Rapattoni Corporation from June 2009 to June 2011.

Olga's early career consisted of working as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Customer Service Representative at Beta Soft Computerized Systems LTD from November 2003 to June 2006.

Olga Tsentsiper's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications spanning over several years. Olga began their education in 1996 at the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, where they studied International Law and Legal Studies.

In 2008, Olga attended Pierce College and obtained an AS in Paralegal Studies/Transfer, furthering their knowledge in Legal Studies, General. During the same period, they also attended West Valley Occupational Center and completed a program in Notary Public. Additionally, they studied Legal Assistant at West Valley Occupational Center.

Olga continued their education at Irvine Valley College from 2011 to 2017, where they earned an AS Degree in Paralegal Studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Their studies focused on becoming a Legal Assistant/Paralegal. Furthermore, in 2014, Olga obtained a certification in Paralegal Studies from Irvine Valley College.

In 2015 and 2016, Olga attended Irvine Valley College again and received a Real Estate Salesperson Certificate and a Real Estate Salesperson degree, respectively.

In 2020 and 2021, Olga pursued European History at Irvine Valley College and obtained an AA Degree in the field with Summa Cum Laude honors.

Most recently, from 2022 to 2024, Olga attended UC Irvine to acquire a Certificate of Completion in Organizational Leadership & Communication.

In addition to their degrees, Olga has obtained various certifications over the years. These include being a Certified Probate and Trust Specialist from the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® in December 2020, a Certified First Time Buyer Specialist from the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® in September 2017, a DoubleClick Studio Certified in QA from DoubleClick in May 2015, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in March 2014, and a Notary Public from the California Secretary of State in 2010.
