Zheng Sihan has a significant amount of experience in the field of e-commerce. They started their career as a Web Designer at Bethany Lowe Designs, Inc. in 2009 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined 1928Jewelry Company as an Ecommerce Manager, where they were responsible for customer service, shipping, and managing the day-to-day activities of the e-commerce department. They stayed with the company until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Zheng Sihan worked as the Head of E-Commerce USA at JigSaw Clothing (Brand). Currently, since 2018, they serve as the Director of Ecommerce at Threads 4 Thought.

Zheng Sihan completed a Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from Tsinghua University from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2005 to 2008, Zheng pursued a Master's degree in Commercial, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at California State University, Northridge.
