Iulia Dumitrache has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. Iulia is currently a Brand Partnerships Manager - Contemporary at Threads Styling, where they have been since 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as a Buyers Assistant-Accesories & Jewellery at Brandalley from 2018 to 2019. In 2018, they also worked as an E-commerce content assistant at Hardlyeverwornit.com, where they managed digital content and customer inquiries. In 2017, they pursued their Postgraduate MA in Contemporary Fashion Buying at Istituto Marangoni, where they conducted research on marketing strategies and supply chain management in the luxury market. Before that, they were a Buyers Assistant Womenswear at THEN AND NOW in 2017, where they were responsible for brand management and new supplier identification. In 2016, Iulia co-founded a boutique retail store in Bucharest called Dressbox, specializing in evening wear. Lastly, in 2019, they undertook a course in French Language and Literature at International House London.
