Clint Bodungen

Clint Bodungen has a long history of experience in the cybersecurity industry. In 2008, they founded the Critical Infrastructure Defense Group (CIDG) and served as the Principal Security Analyst. Clint also worked as a SCADA Security Instructor and Course Developer for the Gas Certification Institute, LLC. In 2011, they became a Security Consultant for Amor Group (a Lockheed Martin Company). From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the R&D Manager, Cimation Cyber Security Solutions - Sr. ICS/SCADA Security Researcher for Cimation. During this time, they also worked as a Senior Industrial Cyber Security Researcher/Analyst for Booz Allen Hamilton, a Senior Researcher, Critical Infrastructure Threat Analysis for Kaspersky Lab, and an Adjunct Professor for North American University (NAU). In 2015, they authored a book for McGraw-Hill. In 2016, they were appointed Executive Vice President, ICS Cyber Security for LEO Cyber Security. Most recently, in 2019, they became Co-Founder / CEO & Chairman of ThreatGEN, a funded startup dedicated to solving the cybersecurity skills gap with cybersecurity gamification and game-based training solutions.

Clint Bodungen completed their High School Diploma from El Campo High School between 1989 and 1993. Clint then attended The Art Institutes where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Industrial Design Technology from 1993 to 1994. Clint also completed a Certificate in Computer Programming from NRI Schools between 1995 and 1998. During this time, they also attended Community College of the Air Force from 1995 to 1999. Clint then went on to Louisiana Tech University to study Computer Science from 1997 to 2000. In 2014, they attended Game Institute to study Computer Game Development, and in the same year they also attended Pentester Academy to study Cyber Security Penetration Testing, which they completed in 2016.
