James McMurry

James McMurry has extensive work experience in the technology and security fields. James is the CEO and Founder of ThreatHunter.ai since July 2007. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at Vernier Networks from October 2005 to August 2007. In 2005, they were the CTO at LNWR, Inc. as part of the initial executive team. From December 2004 to October 2005, they co-founded Bloggers Without Borders, a citizen journalism hub. James was a Director at The Aerospace Corporation from June 2003 to May 2005. Previously, they worked in information security at a power company from October 2002 to July 2003. James also served as the Director of IT & Operations at LynuxWorks from March 2000 to October 2002. Additionally, they worked as the Technology and Systems Integration Director at Pacific Consultants from December 1999 to March 2000. James has experience as the Security & Technology Director at Exponent Failure Analysis from April 1996 to December 1999. Prior to that, they were the Director of Security and Operations at Academic Systems from 1994 to 1996.

James McMurry obtained their MBA degree in Business from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they pursued an MSc degree in Technology Management from the same university, although the specific dates of this educational experience are unknown.
