Ethan Cahill

Ethan Cahill has a diverse work experience. Ethan is currently working as a Full-stack Developer at ThreatLocker since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Advanced IT Labs as an Associate Software Engineer from November 2022 to May 2023. In this role, they developed front-end code using Angular, designed a company retail website utilizing HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and implemented two-factor authenticated login for enhanced security.

Ethan also has experience as a Student at the University of Central Florida from February 2022 to July 2022. During this time, they devised a Full Stack Developer Site using React for site design, styled the site using Material UI, created a backend server using MongoDB with Mongoose and GraphQL, and developed a RESTful Node.js backend server using Express for a restaurant recommendations site that utilized Google Places/Geocoding API.

Before working at Advanced IT Labs and the University of Central Florida, Ethan worked as a Teacher at Oakland Avenue Charter School from August 2018 to June 2022. Ethan also gained experience as a Lifeguard at The Walt Disney Company from April 2018 to August 2021.

Ethan Cahill obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Central Florida, which they attended from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they also completed a Full Stack Web Development Coding Bootcamp at the University of Central Florida in February 2022.
