Natalie Breece is the SVP of People at thredUP. Natalie has over 10 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and HR. Prior to their current role, they were the Recruiting Manager at Zenefits, where they led a team of up to 10 recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators. Natalie has also worked as a Lead Recruiter at ADP. In their current role, they are responsible for all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and retention. Natalie is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment where employees can thrive.

Natalie Breece has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organization Psychology and Marketing from the University of Arizona and a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR Concentration from Ottawa University.
