Rachel Barnes

Rachel Barnes has a strong background in the retail industry, with experience in talent acquisition and operations management. Rachel is currently working as a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner at thredUP since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at thredUP from January 2021 to April 2022. Before joining thredUP, Rachel was an Operations Manager at Hire Dynamics from May 2019 to December 2020, and an Operations Supervisor from August 2018 to May 2019. Rachel also held the position of Operations Manager at DICK'S Sporting Goods from July 2015 to August 2018.
