Ben Russell currently serves as the Head of Operations at Three Counties since October 2022, overseeing strategic event planning, contractor management, and estate management for a 350-acre site. Responsibilities include managing show and society operations, temporary event staffing, HR, IT, ticketing, venue hire, health and safety, ISO accreditation, and environmental compliance. Prior experience includes roles such as Shows Operations Executive at Waste Efficiency Ltd, UK Operations Manager, and Operations Manager at Applied Principles Ltd, as well as Service Delivery Manager at Regency High School and IT Network Manager at Nunnery Wood High School. Ben Russell began a career in IT as a Technician at 7th Wave Music Studios and progressed to Studio Manager.
