Established in July 2012, by co-founders Arthur Roulac and Arthur Kavalis, Three Court is an alternative investment manager specializing in opportunistic credit investments. We offer a flagship evergreen master fund as well as managed accounts and co-investment opportunities. The firm is 100% partner owned and partner capital is invested alongside our clients, aligning interests. Three Court Master, LP has an opportunistic credit investment mandate with a primary focus on North America. The Fund’s objective is to materially outperform the domestic high yield market over a full credit cycle. The Fund deploys capital in higher-yielding, complex and under-followed credits, privately originated loans, stressed/distressed debt, and credit themed equity.
