Lisa Elson is the current Matchmaker at Three Day Rule. Prior to that, they were with eharmony as a Matchmaker and Online Dating Coach from December 2015 to August 2018. Before eharmony, Lisa was with BloomNation as a Senior Account Manager from January 2015 to October 2015. Lisa's focus was on working directly with 150+ florists nationwide to ensure engagement and success on e-commerce platform. Lisa educated, communicated and partnered with each florist on an individual level to take a personalized approach to optimizing their custom website and BloomNation experience. Lisa helped each florist achieve the highest level conversion and deliver the best service through our technology. Over four months, they increased conversion by 10% and AOV by 3% with 0% churn. Before BloomNation, Lisa was with ProVisors as an Account Manager from May 2012 to January 2015. Lisa was the right-hand to the Regional Director and the front line communicator and lead contact for 980 C-level professionals across Southern California. Lisa focused on strategically connecting members with one another and to the organization through educational workshops, 1:1 meetings, networking events, touch phone calls and emails. Lisa also helped implement and manage onboarding process for new members as well as vet potential members to help grow the organization - while increasing retention by 39%.
