Laura Crews has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Laura began their career as a Regional Training Manager at Panera Bread and then moved on to become a Senior Franchise Training Manager, where they supported franchise groups in store openings and developed training teams. Laura then joined InterContinental Hotels Group as a Brand Culture Consultant, where they provided implementation of the Stay Real service platform and consulting services. Laura then worked at AMC Theatres as a Director of Operations, supervising theater operations in multiple locations and delivering significant revenue. Laura later joined Blaze Pizza as a Senior Franchise Business Manager and Operations Specialist, guiding franchise partners to achieve operational and financial success while upholding system standards. Currently, Laura is the Director of Franchise Operations and Development at Three Dog Bakery, where they oversee franchise operations.
Laura Crews attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree. Their studies focused on Hotel and Restaurant Management, as well as Food Science and Nutrition. In November 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from the ICFE institution.
