Eugenia Scipioni is a legal counsel with experience in M&A and Private Equity, specializing in ESG issues. Eugenia has worked at Three Hills and Gianni & Origoni, as well as gained experience at Dentons and Baker McKenzie. Eugenia holds a Master of Laws degree in Corporation Law from New York University School of Law and a Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Eugenia has also studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science, Regent's University London, and Liceo Classico "Adone Zoli".
