Brad Schmitt

Brad Schmitt is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, sales, and public service. Currently serving as the Business Development and Marketing Manager at Three i Design since April 2021, Brad previously excelled in residential and commercial sales at Schmitt Refrigeration & AC, achieving significant sales milestones during challenging economic times. As Mayor of Princeton, Indiana from January 2016 to December 2019, Brad fostered residential growth by partnering with developers and initiating transformative projects. Earlier roles include Trustee for Patoka Township, President/Owner of Don Schmitt & Son Heating & Cooling, Inc., and Mortgage Loan Originator for both Fifth Third Bank and German American, demonstrating a commitment to customer service and achieving sales objectives. Brad holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Southern Indiana and attended Ivy Tech Community College.
