Rafeh Ishtiaq

Rafeh Ishtiaq is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in roles such as Senior Information Technology Business Analyst and Artificial Intelligence Consultant. Currently at Three Ireland since September 2019, Rafeh leads workshops to develop comprehensive Business Requirements Specification Documents and maps E2E Customer and Agent Process Journeys across various channels. Previous experience includes designing an Image Classification system at HealthBeacon and generating unique datasets to support machine learning. Rafeh holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from University College Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from N M A M Institute of Technology. Additional educational pursuits include a Diploma of Education in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from San José State University and participation in a Leadership Development Program at the Irish Management Institute. Rafeh's early education was completed at the International Indian School Dammam.
