Summer Shen is an experienced marketing professional with a focus on digital marketing, business development, and consulting within the hospitality industry. As a Digital Marketing Consultant at Three on the Bund since August 2020, Summer manages the official WeChat account for four restaurants. Simultaneously, Summer has held various consultant roles since 2017 with leading firms, including Koyama F&B Group, 1957 & Co., Marché International, Coffee Planet, and Lian Dining Group, specializing in marketing, business development, and project management. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at RAPT Communication Ltd and Sales and Marketing Manager at Paulaner Brauhaus Guangzhou. Summer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management and English from Nanjing Institute of Tourism & Hospitality and an MBA from HKUST.
