Mark Strautman

Mark Strautman has been in the senior living industry for over 25 years. Mark started their career as an administrator at Hillhaven Corporation. Mark then went on to be the Vice President of Operations at Three Pillars Senior Living Communities. In their current role as CEO, they have been instrumental in growing Three Pillars into one of the largest senior living communities in the United States. Prior to their work in senior living, Strautman served on the Board of Directors of the YMCA at Pabst Farms. Mark is a passionate advocate for seniors and their families and is committed to providing the best possible care for them.

Mark Strautman attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and studied health care administration. Mark then worked in the field for a number of years before becoming a professor at a university.
