Rachel Wiesner

Rachel Wiesner currently serves as the Executive Director of Hospitality at Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Rachel was the Director of Operations at Benson's Restaurant Group from November 2023 to May 2025 and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Grebe's Bakery from February 2021 to December 2023. Rachel Wiesner earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completing the program in May 2023.
