Simon Hockin

Simon Hockin is a Workday Payroll Consultant at Three Plus Consulting since December 2025, with a diverse background in HR systems and payroll management. Previously, Simon worked as an HR Systems & Process CI Analyst at Azets from November 2022 to November 2025, providing user acceptance testing and managing HR systems. At Nationwide Building Society from November 2017 to June 2021, Simon served as a Junior HR Systems Specialist, advising on PeopleCloud HCM and engaging with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as an Advisor and Payroll Administrator, along with early career experience as a Shop Assistant at Sainsbury's. Simon has been pursuing advanced education in payroll through the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) since 2016, achieving certification as an Advanced Payroll Technician.
