With a management team of implementation partners with a combined 50 years of Workday experience, we have unrivalled insight into how clients can get the most out of their investment in Workday.

- Are you an organisation that did not achieve all of your original goals or observe tangible, measurable benefits from your Workday deployment?
- Are you an organisation that went live with Workday and have not had the capacity or guidance to continually improve your capabilities?
- Did you go live with a minimum viable product and/or a significant requirements backlog, and want to take the next step, but do not know how?

Having worked with over 50 customers, we can help. We have seen first-hand both what makes for a successful deployment, and the common pitfalls that can hold organisations back from continuing to achieve their original objectives and vision.

Unlike other Workday consultancies, our primary focus is on Optimisation. We use our proprietary optimisation approaches to avoid 'just another implementation'. We start with Why, rather than What - first understanding why organisations are in the position that they are in and the business outcomes they are looking to achieve, before jumping in to defining what needs to change.

Our ultimate objective is to give organisations a strong grounding for self sufficiency in the future, so that they can continue to get the most out of their investment in Workday.
