Freddy Chester

Freddy Chester is a seasoned professional in sports development and community engagement, currently serving as Partnerships Officer at Three Rivers District Council since January 2012. With a diverse range of roles including Active Development Officer and Leisure Projects Officer, Freddy has successfully promoted and managed leisure projects for various community sectors, notably securing £150,000 in funding from Sport England for local sports club regeneration. Freddy has developed a comprehensive sport and physical activity strategy for Three Rivers and led initiatives such as Sportivate and Community Sports Networks.
