Joanne Wagstaffe

Joanne Wagstaffe is a seasoned leader in public administration with a robust background in finance and organizational management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Three Rivers District Council since February 2020, Joanne previously held the position of Director of Finance at both Watford Borough Council and Three Rivers District Council from July 2013 to February 2020. Joanne's career includes significant roles as Director at Wyre Forest District Council and Copeland Borough Council, as well as Assistant Director at Oldham Council. Joanne's consultancy experience spans over seven years at PwC and KPMG UK. Joanne holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a BSc in Geography, both from Aberystwyth University.
