Michael Gawlak is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in hospice and home health care management. Currently serving as Administrator at Three Rivers Hospice since August 2017, Michael also holds the position of Division Manager for Hospice in Kansas, Missouri, and New Mexico at Encompass Home Health & Hospice, which began in May 2015. Michael’s career includes roles such as Community Liaison at Continua Home Health and Hospice since June 2013, and Director of Healthcare Partnerships at Hospice Partners of America LLC for a brief period in early 2017. With a strong background in sales and operations from previous positions at Amedisys Home Health, Pacific Pulmonary Services, Rotech Healthcare, and Apria Healthcare, Michael has demonstrated expertise in business development, market penetration, and strategic partnerships. Michael's academic credentials include education from the University of Oklahoma and military training in Respiratory Therapy with an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force.
