Scott Pharr, CSM

Scott Pharr, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting from 2002, they worked as an IT Helpdesk and Web Developer at Hoover & Strong, Inc. In 2004, they co-founded PharrOut LLC, where they served as a Co-Owner and Project Manager, overseeing various aspects of the business, including client sales, relationships, product management, and project management. During their tenure at PharrOut LLC, they launched three additional businesses, contributing to the financial expansion of the organization. From 2007 to 2014, Scott served as the Co-Owner of RVANews.

In 2015, they joined Salem Church Products as the Director of Media/Sr Brand Manager, where they demonstrated leadership in managing e-commerce web stores and digital product lines. Scott also led online and phone-based customer service and collaborated with the marketing department, graphic designers, and web developers. Following this, they joined Christian Life Church in 2017 as a Campus Developer, responsible for launching and managing the first campus of the church. Scott successfully developed the leadership potential of over 100 volunteers and coordinated weekly services and events for a congregation of over 300 people.

In 2021, Scott joined CDS Visual as a Project Manager, leading the development of a technical software project integrating drawing visualization tools, CPQ integration, and CAD Automation to an ecommerce platform. Scott effectively coordinated between internal resources, client resources, and third-party suppliers. Presently, they serve as the Director of Digital Operations at Home Solutions, a role they have held since May 2022. Scott Pharr, CSM, attended Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing Management. In November 2020, they also earned the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
