Additional roles include Office Manager at Basden Eyecare, where management of a $1,000,000/year practice led to increased production and client loyalty, and Director of Refractive & Cosmetic Services for Peter Zloty, M.D., overseeing marketing and operations for a multi-location ophthalmology practice. Early career experience includes serving as Neighborhood Marketing Coordinator for Movie Gallery, where April Coulter introduced marketing concepts across numerous states and provinces. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with concentrations in Marketing and Journalism from Auburn University.
