Artur Zielinski

Artur Zielinski has worked in various roles in the food and beverage industry since 2010. From 2010-2019, they were employed at Soho House & Co, where they held the roles of House Press Operations/ NPD and Beverage Operations. In their role as House Press Operations/ NPD, they developed an innovative successful healthy smoothie beverage programme for gym cafes and club restaurants and created an exclusive cold-pressed juice brand for Soho House in the UK, EU and the US. In their role as Beverage Operations, they checked and approved invoices, delivery notes & requisitions, analyzed F&B cost of sales and helped maintain budget standards, prepared weekly reports for the general manager, and handled Micros daily operational issues. From 2019-2021, they were Co-Founder at Maua Gang, where they were responsible for e-commerce website design and management, social media communication, and planning and activation of online promotions. Artur currently works as Planning Manager at Three Spirit and Purchasing Manager at COYA London.

Artur Zielinski attended Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości from 2000 to 2004, studying Computer Science.
