Karen Hannan

Karen Hannan is an experienced professional in the social care and neurodivergence sectors, serving as the Founder of NeuMinKind since February 2021 and an Associate at 3Spirit Training, where expertise as a Neurodivergence Advisor and Trainer is applied. Additionally, since January 2021, Karen has contributed as a Trainer at Carers in Hertfordshire, promoting the rights of unpaid carers. In the role of Peer Support Facilitator and Trainer at Viewpoint since July 2020, Karen supports individuals facing mental health challenges and addiction. Furthermore, as a Specialist Neurodivergence Coach and Lead Trainer at ADD-vance since January 2019, Karen advocates for adults and young people. Karen pursued education at Anglia Polytechnic University and completed training with the Association for Coaching from 2020 to 2021.
