Jude Kelly

Jude Kelly possesses extensive experience in data operations and governance, currently serving as the Head of Data Operations & Governance at Three UK since October 2002, where a new Information Governance framework was established. Prior roles at Three UK include Information Governance Manager and Lead Business Analyst, contributing to the company’s transition from a start-up to a leading UK operator with over 10 million customers. Previous positions include Internet Banking Lead at Lloyds Bank and Assistant Librarian roles at East Renfrewshire Council and Glasgow City Council from 1995 to 2000.
