Marcin Uramowski

Marcin Uramowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network management and testing within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Senior Network Manager - Core Services at Three UK since October 2021, Marcin oversees a team of test engineers, ensuring the delivery of quality software through the development of test strategies, risk management, and stakeholder relationships. Prior roles include Service Reliability Lead and Project & Test Manager at Ericsson, where Marcin focused on KPI monitoring, project lifecycle management, and process improvements. Earlier experience includes management positions at Anite, Samsung Electronics, Infineon Technologies, and internships at Vodafone Germany and VMC Europe. Marcin holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications and Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology and an Erasmus degree from the Technical University of Vienna.
