Cathy Keigley

Cathy Keigley has over 30 years of work experience in operations and management roles. Cathy served as a Sr. Director of Operations at Three Wire Systems, where they led a team of contracts administrators and was responsible for P&L management. Prior to that, Cathy was the Vice President of Operations at PC Mall Gov, where they collaborated with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs. Cathy also managed capture teams and proposal teams, specializing in public sector proposals. Before joining PC Mall Gov, Cathy held the same position at Government Micro Resources (GMRI) for nine years. Cathy began their career as a Business Analyst at Raytheon.

Cathy Keigley has a Masters degree in Finance from George Mason University. Cathy also has a degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Virginia (UVA). In addition, they have obtained a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Virginia's certificate program in Falls Church, VA.
