Tara Harrington, CSP-SM, CSPO has a work experience spanning over 15 years. Tara started their career in 2006 as a Marketing Program Manager at American Red Cross. Tara held this role for 8 years, until 2014.

In 2014, Tara joined Three Wire Systems as a Scrum Master/Senior Product Owner, a position they currently hold. Tara'srole at Three Wire Systems involves managing and overseeing the Scrum process and acting as a Product Owner, ensuring the successful delivery of products.

Tara Harrington, CSP-SM, CSPO, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from PennWest Clarion, which they obtained in 2005. Tara has also obtained multiple certifications from the Scrum Alliance, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in February 2018, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in August 2015, and Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) in February 2020. In June 2022, they obtained the title of Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) - SM.
