Darshana Nanda

Darshana Nanda is a seasoned leader in service and experience design, committed to delivering customer impact through strategic design and design leadership. With over a decade of experience, Darshana has navigated complex transformations and led teams across various roles, from retail assistant to principal consultant. Currently, they serve as the Lead Service Designer at Toyota Connected Europe, and have recently held the position of Service Design Lead at Culture Amp. Darshana holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Commercialisation from Victoria University of Wellington and a diverse educational background, including design and computer science degrees. Driven by a passion for empowering others, Darshana believes in the transformative power of design to create real value for organizations, customers, and employees.
