Chuck Ray

Chuck Ray has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Chuck currently serves as the Market Director - Southeast at ThreeFlow, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Chuck worked as a Sales Executive at the same company from July 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining ThreeFlow, Chuck was the Regional Sales Director at TBX® from May 2021 to July 2022.

From 2017 to 2021, Chuck worked at Colonial Life, starting as a Regional Broker Manager from February 2017 to January 2019, responsible for growth and executing business plans. Chuck then served as a Brokerage Sales Manager from January 2019 to May 2021, overseeing the growth of a top-performing office and managing sales representatives.

Chuck's earlier experience includes being the Vice President at Campus Benefits from November 2013 to February 2017, and the Senior Sales Representative at OneAmerica from August 2012 to August 2013, where they built a network of brokers and managed group risk evaluations.

Prior to that, Chuck had a successful career at Colonial Life, working as a Brokerage Sales Manager from February 2009 to September 2012 and as a Brokerage Sales Representative from May 1998 to February 2009. In these roles, they developed broker relationships, conducted sales presentations, and promoted voluntary benefits.

In addition, Chuck served as the President of eNrollment Technologies, Inc. from December 1999 to September 2012, focusing on enrollment solutions. Chuck began their career as an Agent at Northwestern Mutual from January 1988 to June 1994.

Chuck Ray attended The University of Georgia from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
