George Protacio-Karaszi

George Protacio-Karaszi has a diverse work experience in various roles in the software engineering and climbing industries.

George started their career at Climb Kalamazoo LLC as a Climbing Wall Instructor, where they provided excellent customer service and demonstrated rock climbing safety to groups.

George then moved on to Compuware as a Mainframe Software Developer, where they developed a tool for reporting services and managed project requirements.

After that, George worked at Western Michigan University as a System Administrator, where they provided system administration, network monitoring, and developed a web API for system health monitoring.

George then joined Elevator Up as a Senior Software Engineer, overseeing team standardization and contributing to public libraries in Ruby. George practiced Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Currently, George is working at ThreeFlow as an Engineering Team Lead, responsible for leading the team and working on software engineering projects.

George Protacio-Karaszi earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they pursued further education in UX Design at coLearning Professional Education in 2017.
