Sophie Mazurek's work experience includes the following:

- Client Experience Executive at ThreeFlow since September 2021. ThreeFlow is a Benefits Placement System company that facilitates communication and decision-making between benefits brokers and insurance carriers.

- Implementation Manager at New York Life Insurance Company from December 2018 to September 2021. Sophie was responsible for managing the new business implementation process for Cigna Group Insurance, resolving issues, and handling case structure and billing setup.

- Sales Support Consultant at New York Life Insurance Company from April 2018 to December 2018. Their responsibilities included providing sales support, coordinating rate quotes, and resolving service issues for client groups and brokers.

- Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from May 2017 to April 2018. Sophie sold insurance protection products to customers and provided excellent customer service to generate repeat business. Sophie also completed monthly stage marker tests as part of the management trainee program.

Sophie Mazurek holds a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from DePauw University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, they briefly studied Psychology at the University of Cape Town, but did not receive a degree. Prior to their university education, Sophie attended Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sophie has obtained a Producer License, Individual from the Illinois Department of Insurance in July 2020.
