Kelly Wilson has a strong background in customer success and leadership roles. Kelly is currently working as a Chief Member at Chief, a private network dedicated to empowering women in positions of power. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Customer Success at ThreeKit, a 3D visualization platform, where they were responsible for all aspects of the post-sale customer experience. Before that, Kelly was the Director of Customer Success at G2 Crowd, a B2B review platform. Kelly has also held various customer success positions at Salesforce Quote-to-Cash, SteelBrick (acquired by Salesforce), Oracle, and BigMachines, Inc. (acquired by Oracle). Kelly has a proven track record of driving customer success and is experienced in managing and supporting customers throughout their journey.
Kelly Wilson attended Fenwick High School from 1993 to 1997. Kelly then enrolled at the University of Oklahoma from 1997 to 1999, majoring in Microbiology. Following that, they attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Biological Sciences. In terms of additional certifications, Kelly Wilson obtained various certifications such as Effective Presentations, Insights Training, Recruiting & Behavioral Interviewing, and The OZ Principles from BigMachines, Inc. in 2012 and 2013.
