Kent Smith's work experience begins in 2012 with their roles as a Customer Support Project Manager and later a Customer Support Analyst at BigMachines. In 2014, they joined SteelBrick as a Services Consultant and played a significant role in building and growing their services practice. SteelBrick was acquired by Salesforce in 2016.
