Justin Polk

Justin Polk is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in production and direction. As a Co-Founder of Three's a Crowd since January 2018, Justin leads the IN FOR 13 initiative. In addition, Justin co-founded and serves as Director at INVISIBLE COLLECTIVE, a diverse creative collective and production company established in May 2018, focused on authentic storytelling. Prior to these roles, Justin accumulated valuable experience as a Senior Producer and Director in freelance positions, collaborating with notable clients such as Sprint and Volkswagen, and holding senior production roles at agencies like Deutsch LA. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Colgate University, Justin has demonstrated a commitment to creating culturally reflective content throughout a dynamic career spanning over a decade.
