Charlotte Hess

Charlotte Hess has a diverse work experience. Charlotte started their career in 2006 as a Training Staff Development Unit member at the Peace Corps. In 2009, they joined Centennial Group Inc as a Project Assistant before becoming a Finance Manager in 2010. Charlotte continued to work in finance, assuming the role of Finance Manager at Threespot in 2013 and later becoming the Director of Finance in 2017. Alongside their finance roles, they co-founded DCDogMoms in 2017, focusing on helping people enjoy a dog-friendly lifestyle in Washington, D.C. Overall, Charlotte Hess has experience in finance, project management, and entrepreneurship.

Charlotte Hess attended The Shipley School from 1992 to 2005. From 2005 to 2009, they studied Economics at The George Washington University and received a degree in the same field.
