Mauro Santinato

Mauro Santinato serves as the CEO of MODE HOTEL and DEMO design emotion since January 2024 and January 2020, respectively, while also acting as Editore for We:ll Magazine since 2020. As a founding partner of THRENDS, Mauro has contributed to tourism and hospitality analytics since 2019. With a long-standing role as CEO of Teamwork Hospitality since 1998, Mauro is also the ideator and organizer of events such as Hospitality Day and Luxury Hospitality Conference. Additionally, Mauro holds a partnership position at Hospitality Project, focusing on the consultancy and management of hotel construction and renovation projects since 2009. Former roles include Marketing Coordinator for Chinese Friendly Italy, Administrator for Hotelperformance, and Publisher for GUEST Magazine. Mauro was also the President of AIRM – Associazione Italiana Revenue Management until January 2020. Educational background includes a degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completed in 1985.
