Bart Boerhave

Bart Boerhave has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Bart is currently the Chief Talent Officer at threon - strategy delivered, where they are responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent. Prior to this role, they served as an Associate Partner and Senior Management Consultant at threon, focusing on strategic portfolio management and creating value through projects.

Before joining threon, Bart owned and managed their own consulting firm, Boerhave Management & Consulting Services. Bart also held various roles at SOA PEOPLE, including Head of Delivery BELUX and Board Member, Delivery Manager ECC BeLux, Competence Center Manager Supply Chain BeLux, and Senior Consultant.

Earlier in their career, Bart worked as a senior SAP solution consultant at Opteon, specializing in SAP optimization projects and project management excellence. Bart also served as a Production Manager at Punch Graphix, where they focused on Supply Chain optimization and process improvement. Bart began their career at Santens, where they held the role of Lead Engineering & Production.
